ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking to understand how to better predict the health outcomes of patients who have experienced a type of brain bleed known as subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Researchers will analyze various medical tests, such as CT scans and Doppler examinations, to identify specific markers that could indicate the risk of complications like cerebral vasospasms (narrowing of blood vessels in the brain) and delayed cerebral ischemia (a lack of blood flow to the brain). The goal is to find out what information can help doctors anticipate these issues early on, which could improve patient care.
To participate in this study, individuals must be adults who have had a subarachnoid hemorrhage and need surgery for it. Those with mental disorders, minors, and certain other groups (like healthcare workers involved in the trial) cannot take part. If someone is eligible, they can expect to contribute to important research that may help improve understanding and treatment for future patients with similar conditions. This study is currently recruiting participants.
