ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying two types of zirconia dental implants to see how well they work for people who have lost a premolar tooth. The trial will include 24 patients who are randomly placed into two groups: one group will receive tissue-level implants, and the other group will get bone-level implants, both of which are designed to help restore missing teeth. Researchers will track how stable the implants are right after placement and again after three months when patients will receive ceramic crowns. They will also monitor the health of the surrounding gums and bone over the next 1, 3, and 5 years.
To be eligible for this trial, you need to be a healthy adult who has one missing maxillary premolar tooth, is able to maintain good oral hygiene, and has no serious health issues that could affect healing. You should not have any active dental problems like gum disease or cavities. If you join the study, you can expect to receive a modern dental implant and be closely monitored for how well it integrates into your mouth over time. This trial aims to improve dental care options for people with missing teeth.
