ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how a physical rehabilitation program can help improve heart health and overall quality of life for women who have survived breast cancer in the United Arab Emirates. The program lasts for two months and is designed specifically for women aged 18 to 65 who have completed chemotherapy and surgery (mastectomy) and are ready for physical rehabilitation. The goal is to see if this program can increase their cardiovascular endurance, which is their heart and lung fitness, and enhance their daily well-being.

To join the trial, participants must be women who have been diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer (stages I to IIIa) and are cleared by their doctors to start rehabilitation. However, women who have other serious health issues, like heart or lung diseases, or those still undergoing cancer treatment, cannot participate. During the trial, participants can expect to engage in a structured exercise program tailored to their needs and monitored for safety. This is a great opportunity for eligible women to potentially improve their health and quality of life after battling breast cancer.
