ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a smartphone app can help patients manage pain after major surgery. Before the surgery, patients will install the app on their phone, which will remind them to record how much pain they feel and any side effects from pain medication for at least two days after their operation. Researchers want to see how well patients follow these reminders and how satisfied they are with the pain control provided through the app.
To participate in this study, you need to be an adult between 19 and 70 years old, scheduled for major surgery, and be able to use a smartphone without any restrictions. During the trial, you'll share your experiences with the app and provide feedback on any issues you encounter. This information will help improve pain management for future patients. The trial is currently recruiting participants, and everyone is welcome, regardless of gender.
