ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new tele-rehabilitation program designed for patients who have suffered brain injuries, including those from strokes. The program aims to help improve patients' physical abilities, daily activities, and social interactions by providing education and exercises for their arms and legs. Participants will keep track of their progress using a diary and fill out self-evaluation questionnaires to help assess their improvements.
To be eligible for this study, participants need to be at least 18 years old and currently hospitalized in a neurorehabilitation unit due to a recent stroke. However, individuals with other serious neurological conditions, significant pain that prevents movement in their arms, or severe cognitive issues that make it hard to follow instructions may not qualify. Those who join the trial can expect to receive tailored support to help them regain their skills and enhance their overall quality of life.
