ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how healthy ketogenic ready-to-eat meals can help people with obesity lose weight. The study compares two groups: one group will receive these meals along with a nutrition app to help track their eating habits, while the other group will only use the nutrition app without the meal provision. The goal is to see if providing ready-made meals increases motivation and reduces hunger, making it easier for participants to lose weight and improve their overall health.
To join this study, participants need to be between 21 and 75 years old, have a body mass index (BMI) of 27.5 or higher, own a smartphone, and be able to read and understand English. It’s important to note that certain individuals, such as those who are pregnant, have specific medical conditions, or are on certain medications, will not be eligible to participate. Those who qualify can expect to follow a structured meal plan and use the app to help them stay on track with their weight loss journey.
