ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new way to monitor kidney transplant health by looking at tiny pieces of DNA in the blood. Researchers believe that measuring specific markers in the blood can help them understand how well a transplanted kidney is working and whether it is being rejected by the body. This is important because detecting rejection early can lead to better management and outcomes for kidney transplant patients.
To be part of this study, you need to be at least 18 years old and have end-stage renal failure, meaning your kidneys are not working well enough and you are scheduled for a kidney transplant at Pitié Salpêtrière Hospital. If you join, you will provide blood samples before and after your transplant for testing. The study is currently looking for participants, and it is important to note that individuals under legal protective measures, such as guardianship, cannot take part. This study aims to improve our understanding of kidney transplants and help ensure better care for patients like you.
