ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how effective a special educational program led by pharmacists can be in helping patients manage allergic rhinitis, which is a condition that causes sneezing, runny nose, and other allergy symptoms. The program, called the AR-PRISE Model, includes helpful videos and guides for pharmacists to provide better care. The goal is to see if this pharmacist-led approach works better than the usual care that patients currently receive.
To participate in this trial, you must be a Malaysian adult between the ages of 18 and 80 who has been diagnosed with allergic rhinitis and can read and write in English or Malay. Unfortunately, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain other health issues like chronic sinus problems or severe mental health conditions, you won't be able to join. If you take part, you can expect to receive tailored education about managing your allergies, which may improve your quality of life and daily activities. This study is currently recruiting participants, and your involvement could help improve care for others with similar conditions in the future.
