ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at how blood pressure affects blood flow to the brain in patients who have experienced a subarachnoid hemorrhage, which is bleeding in the area around the brain. The goal is to understand the relationship between these two factors, especially in patients who have suspected or confirmed narrowing of blood vessels, known as vasospasm. The study involves using MRI scans, which are detailed imaging tests that help doctors see the brain and blood flow.

To take part in the trial, participants must be between 65 to 74 years old and have either a coiled or clipped aneurysm, along with suspected or confirmed vasospasm. However, several health conditions could prevent someone from participating, such as being pregnant, having severe heart or lung issues, or having a pacemaker. Those who join can expect to undergo MRI scans and contribute to important research that may help improve treatment for future patients with similar conditions.
