ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, called "The 1000 First Day of Life," is studying how taking multi micronutrient supplements during pregnancy affects the health of both mothers and their babies. The researchers want to see if these supplements can improve pregnancy outcomes, which means they are looking at how well pregnancies go and how healthy the babies are at birth.
To be part of this study, you need to be a woman who is in the first trimester of pregnancy, meaning you are less than 10 weeks along, and you should be living in DKI Jakarta. You’ll also need to agree to participate in the research. If you have certain health conditions, like diabetes or chronic high blood pressure, or if you've had difficulty with previous pregnancies, you may not qualify for this trial. If you decide to join, you’ll be monitored throughout your pregnancy to see how the supplements impact both your health and your baby’s health.
