ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how the demands of patient care affect nurses working in hospitals, particularly when they are dealing with work-related stress. The study aims to understand how different staffing levels and the work environment impact nursing care by using a special tool to measure patient acuity, which helps assess how much care each patient needs. Researchers will gather information before, during, and after this tool is put into practice to see how it changes the situation for nurses and patients.
To participate in this study, you must be a nurse working in a medical ward or a first-line manager in that area. However, traveling nurses or those who have been employed for less than one month are not eligible to join. If you decide to take part, you can expect to share your experiences and insights about your work environment, and your feedback will help improve the care provided to patients. This trial is currently recruiting participants, and all nurses, regardless of gender, are welcome to join.
