ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new surgical planning tool called MyPAO, which helps surgeons operate on patients with pelvic issues, specifically those needing a procedure called periacetabular osteotomy. This surgery is often used to correct problems with the hip joint. The trial is focused on evaluating how safe and effective this technology is when used in surgery.
To be eligible for the trial, participants must be at least 18 years old and scheduled to undergo pelvic osteotomy. However, people with certain hip problems or allergies to specific materials used in the guides cannot participate. If you join the study, you will be part of a single-center evaluation with multiple surgeons using this technology during your surgery. The trial is currently recruiting participants, and it aims to ensure that this new surgical planning tool is both safe and beneficial for patients.
