- Inclusion Criteria:
- • Adults \> 18 diagnosed with cancer
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • unwilling to come to the on-site clinic for exercise sessions
- • any neuromuscular, cardiovascular, or psychological condition precluding safe exercise
- • unable to read/understand English.
