ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how dairy products might help improve bone health and reduce inflammation after exercise in healthy young adults. The researchers want to see if drinking dairy after physical activity has a better effect on bones and inflammation compared to drinking a carbohydrate drink or just water.
To participate in this study, you need to be between 18 and 30 years old, have a normal weight, and be low to moderately active (exercising only 0-2 times a week). You should not have any allergies to dairy or be taking medication for chronic health issues. If you join the trial, you can expect to take part in exercises while enjoying different drinks and contribute to our understanding of how nutrition affects bone and inflammation health. This study is currently recruiting participants, so it’s a great opportunity to help advance science while taking care of your health!
