ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how people with Type 2 diabetes control their body posture and balance, as well as their ability to sense where their ankles and trunk are in space. The researchers want to understand how these factors, along with general cognitive abilities (thinking skills), affect individuals living with this condition. They are currently looking for volunteers between the ages of 18 and 65 who have been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes to participate in the study.
If you decide to join the trial, you’ll take part in assessments that measure your balance, sensory skills, and cognitive status. It is important to note that some people might not be eligible to participate, including those with certain cognitive issues, recent injuries, or specific health conditions. This trial aims to gather valuable information that could improve our understanding of how Type 2 diabetes affects daily functioning and overall health. Your participation could contribute to better treatment and support for others with this condition.
