ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying a new approach to treat a heart condition called ventricular tachycardia (VT), which is a type of abnormal heart rhythm that can be serious. The researchers want to see if using a method called the Ablation Index (AI) can help doctors create better and more effective treatments for patients with structural heart disease, particularly those who have had a heart attack or other heart issues. The trial will involve patients who are at least 18 years old and have a specific type of VT that can be seen through an ECG (a test that measures electrical activity in the heart).

If you or a family member are considering participating in this trial, it's important to know that you must meet certain criteria. For example, you should have a history of heart disease and have experienced sustained VT. However, if you have had other types of arrhythmias or recent heart surgery or stroke, you may not be eligible. Participants in this study will help researchers gather information about how well this AI-guided treatment works and its safety, contributing to better heart care for people in the future. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, so keep an eye out for updates if you're interested!
