ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a new mobile game called GuessWhat, designed to help improve social skills in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The game includes activities like charades and guessing emotions, and families will play it together using their smartphones. The goal is to see if playing these games can help children aged 3 to 12 become better at interacting with others.
To participate, parents must be at least 18 years old, and their child must have a confirmed diagnosis of autism. Unfortunately, children with other serious health issues or parents who can't use the app in English, Spanish, or Portuguese won't be able to join. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, but once it starts, families will have the opportunity to engage in fun activities that could benefit their child's social abilities while using a free app on their phones.
