ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying three new programs designed to help improve the mental health of 13-year-olds in French middle schools. The aim is to see how effective these programs are in reducing emotional distress and improving overall well-being. Each program is based on techniques that help students adapt to challenges in different ways, like dealing with stress, preparing for the future, and building better relationships with others. Researchers will gather feedback from students about their experiences with the programs and measure changes in mental health through various questionnaires.
To participate in this study, students must be enrolled in one of the participating middle schools, and both they and their parents need to agree to join. It’s also important that they can understand and speak French. Students who miss too many sessions or do not have consent from their parents will not be eligible. This trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it will provide valuable insights into how school-based mental health programs can support young people.
