ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new way to help patients better understand the information about their upcoming surgeries for spine or urologic diseases. Researchers are testing a multimedia approach, which uses videos and other digital tools, to explain complex surgical procedures more clearly. They want to find out if this new method helps patients feel more informed and confident about their surgeries.
To participate in the trial, you need to be at least 18 years old and on the waiting list for specific surgeries, like spinal fusion or radical prostatectomy. You also need to understand Italian and be able to use computer tools. If you join the study, you can expect to receive detailed information about your surgery using these new multimedia resources. This trial is currently looking for participants, and it aims to improve how patients learn about their medical options, ensuring they have a better grasp of what to expect during their procedures.
