ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new hand training program designed to help improve hand function for people with conditions like Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, or those recovering from a stroke. The program lasts for three weeks and focuses on exercises to enhance finger movement and dexterity. Researchers aim to find out if this training can make a positive difference in how well participants can use their hands.
To join the study, participants should be between the ages of 65 and 74 or 36 and 159, have a confirmed diagnosis of Parkinson's disease, various types of multiple sclerosis, or be recovering from a recent stroke. They must also report having some difficulties with hand function. Healthy individuals without hand function issues are also welcome to participate. Throughout the trial, participants will engage in hands-on training and provide feedback about their hand use. If you or a loved one meet these criteria, this could be a great opportunity to help improve hand function while contributing to valuable research.
