ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how video-based training can help nurses improve their empathy skills and overall care for patients. Empathy is important in nursing because it helps nurses understand their patients' needs and provide better support. The training aims to enhance nurses’ ability to connect with patients emotionally and provide holistic care, which means considering the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—when offering treatment.
To take part in this study, nurses must work in public hospitals in Kayseri, specifically in intensive care, emergency services, or surgical and internal medicine units. They need to be willing to participate voluntarily.
