This clinical trial is looking at a program designed to improve the well-being of teenagers who are experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. The goal is to see if this Well-being Promotion Program can help these adolescents feel happier, more satisfied with their lives, and have fewer emotional problems. Researchers will compare the experiences of young people who participate in the program with those who do not, to understand how effective the program is.
To join this study, participants must be between the ages of 5 and 39, and they should have a moderate level of emotional and behavioral problems as identified by a specific questionnaire. Those with more severe issues will not be included. If eligible, participants can expect to take part in activities aimed at improving their emotional health, and they will be assessed before and after the program to track any changes in their feelings and behaviors. This trial is currently recruiting participants, and it's open to all genders.

Eligibility criteria
- Inclusion Criteria:
- • Inclusion Criteria Only those participants who meet the category of moderate level of emotional and behavioural problems through Strength and difficulty Questionnaire (SDQ; Urdu Version) (Samad et al., 2005) will be selected for the study.
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • Exclusion Criteria Those participants who meet high levels of emotional and behavioural problems through Strength and difficulty Questionnaire (SDQ; Urdu Version) (Samad et al., 2005) will not be selected for the study.
