ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a practice called yoga nidra can help women manage pain and improve their recovery after having a caesarean section (C-section). Yoga nidra is a form of guided relaxation that may help with pain relief, getting up and moving around, and overall satisfaction with the recovery experience. The study is currently seeking women aged 19 to 35 who have recently had a C-section with spinal anesthesia, as long as they had a single baby and are generally healthy.
If you join the study, you will participate in yoga nidra sessions and share your experiences regarding pain and recovery with the researchers. It's important to note that this study is looking for women who have never practiced yoga nidra before. If you face any health issues during your recovery or decide you no longer want to participate, you can leave the study at any time. This trial could be a great opportunity to explore a new way to support your healing process after childbirth.
