ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how progressive relaxation exercises can help nurses feel more comfortable, satisfied with their lives, and reduce feelings of burnout. Nurses who join the study will either practice relaxation exercises or continue their usual routines without any interventions. Researchers will collect information about the nurses' overall life satisfaction and feelings of comfort and burnout using simple questionnaires.
To be eligible for this study, nurses need to have worked at a tertiary treatment center for at least three years and should not have participated in any relaxation exercises before. They must also not have any neurological or psychiatric disorders that could affect their ability to exercise. If you are a nurse who meets these criteria and is interested in trying out relaxation techniques, this study might be a good fit for you!
