ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how playing a single badminton match affects the shoulder movement and strength of young elite badminton players in Rawalpindi. The main goal is to find out if their shoulder flexibility and strength change before and after the match. The study will observe these athletes, measuring their shoulder range of motion and isometric strength—basically how strong their shoulder muscles are when they push against something without moving.
To participate in this study, players must be between 16 to 30 years old, be elite badminton players, and have no previous shoulder injuries or surgeries. The study is open to both male and female players. Participants can expect to take part in measurements of their shoulder abilities before and after they play a match. This study will help us better understand how competitive sports like badminton can impact athletes' physical performance.
