ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the effects of mental practice and therapeutic exercise on young women who have never given birth. Researchers want to understand how mental exercises, like imagining movements, combined with physical exercises can improve movement and body awareness. This is important because while mental practice has been shown to help with physical skills, it hasn’t been explored much in women’s health.
To participate in this study, women must be over 18 years old and generally healthy, meaning they shouldn’t have any serious health issues like respiratory or heart diseases, recent surgeries, or problems with their spine. Participants can expect to engage in both mental and physical exercises during the trial. This is a great opportunity for women who meet the criteria to contribute to valuable research that could enhance understanding of health and exercise for women.
