ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying a combination of two treatments—pricking therapy and wheat grain moxibustion—to see how well they help patients with certain types of cancer, particularly those who have a condition known as spleen deficiency with dampness obstruction. This condition, according to traditional Chinese medicine, refers to a lack of energy and the presence of excess moisture in the body, which can affect overall health. The goal is to understand how these therapies work and whether they can improve the immune system and reduce inflammation in patients with malignant tumors.

To participate in this trial, individuals need to have a clinical diagnosis of cancer confirmed by both Western and traditional Chinese medicine. They should also be diagnosed with spleen deficiency dampness obstruction. Participants must be able to lie on their stomachs for the duration of the treatment and should not be pregnant or breastfeeding. If you choose to join, you can expect to receive these therapies at specific points on your back and to be monitored for their effects. The study is currently recruiting participants of all genders, and your participation could contribute valuable information to the treatment of this condition.
