ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how a special telemonitoring app can affect the satisfaction and quality of life of adult cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. The goal is to see if using this app makes patients feel better about their healthcare experience compared to those who only have regular in-person check-ups. Participants will be adults over 18 years old with certain types of cancer, like lung or breast cancer, who can speak Spanish and own a smartphone.

If you join the study, you'll use the app to help track your health and communicate with your healthcare team. This trial is currently recruiting patients and will take place at specific hospitals from November 2023 to July 2024. It’s important to note that if you are receiving radiation therapy, have sensory or cognitive impairments, or do not want to participate, you won’t be eligible for this study.
