ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, called PRO Survivorship Concerns ITA, is focused on understanding and improving the quality of life for women who have survived breast cancer. Many survivors face various challenges, such as fatigue, pain, depression, and changes in body image, which can significantly affect their everyday lives. The goal of this study is to translate and adapt a special questionnaire called "survivorship concerns" so that it can be used effectively in different cultures and languages. This will help healthcare providers better understand the needs of breast cancer survivors and improve their care.
To participate in this study, women aged 65 to 74 who have survived breast cancer may be eligible. The trial will initially include about 80 patients for the translation process and later expand to at least 280 patients for validation. It’s important to note that individuals with memory or cognitive issues will not be included in this study. Participants can expect to contribute to important research that could lead to better support and resources for women facing similar challenges after breast cancer treatment.
