ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at why some people with knee osteoarthritis improve after physical therapy while others do not. Knee osteoarthritis is a condition where the cartilage in the knee joint wears down, causing pain and limited movement, especially in older adults. The researchers want to understand the differences in movement and physical function between those who respond well to treatment and those who do not.
To participate, you need to be between 18 and 65 years old, have a diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis, and experience pain rated at least a 4 out of 10. You should also be able to walk at least six meters without help. Before joining the study, you'll receive detailed information about what to expect, including completing questionnaires and undergoing assessments that are commonly used in clinics. This trial is currently recruiting participants, and it aims to help improve treatment options for knee osteoarthritis in the future.
