ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is exploring the use of Platelet-rich Plasma (PRP) injections to help treat knee osteoarthritis, which is a common condition that causes pain and stiffness in the knees. The goal is to see how safe and effective these injections are in repairing damage to the knee joint and surrounding tissues. The study is currently looking for participants between the ages of 20 and 60 who have been diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis or have injuries to the cartilage or meniscus in the knee.

If you or someone you know is interested in participating, they will undergo some tests to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria and do not have any serious health issues that could affect the study. Participants can expect to receive PRP injections and will be monitored to evaluate the treatment's effects on their knee condition. It’s important to note that certain individuals, such as pregnant women or those with specific health issues, will not be eligible to join the study. This research aims to provide better treatment options for people suffering from knee injuries and osteoarthritis.
