ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at two different ways to help restore missing front teeth in children: using mini-screw implants or removable partial dentures. Missing teeth can affect a child's ability to eat and speak, and can also impact their self-confidence and social interactions. The trial aims to find out which method works better for these young patients, especially since the traditional options have their own challenges.

To be eligible for this study, children aged 9 to 14 who have lost their front teeth due to cavities, injury, or were born without them may participate, as long as they are cooperative and in good health. However, children with certain health issues or emotional challenges won’t be included. Participants can expect to receive either mini-screw implants or removable dentures and will be monitored throughout the trial. This study is important because it could help improve dental treatments for missing teeth in children, giving them better options for restoring their smiles.
