Bruegger's Exercise Forward Head Posture Mc Kenzie Exercise Young Adult

ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how two different types of exercises—McKenzie Retraction and Bruegger's exercises—affect people with forward head posture, especially in terms of neck pain, movement range, and overall function. Forward head posture is a common issue often caused by long hours of using electronic devices, which is why the study is looking for young adults aged 15 to 30 who spend more than six hours daily on screens and have been experiencing neck pain for the last three months.

To participate, individuals need to have a specific neck angle that indicates forward head posture and moderate neck pain. However, those who have had neck surgery, certain neck conditions, or migraines are not eligible. Participants can expect to engage in targeted exercise sessions and contribute to important research that could help others with similar posture-related problems. The trial is currently looking for volunteers, so if you fit the criteria and are interested, you could play a part in this valuable study.
