ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is exploring how two techniques—motor imagery (thinking about movements) and action observation (watching others perform movements)—can help improve the strength and control of pelvic floor muscles in young women. The study aims to find out if practicing these techniques alone or together with physical exercises can make a difference for women who do not have any symptoms related to pelvic health.

To participate in this trial, women must be over 18 years old and not have any current health issues, such as respiratory or heart diseases, recent surgeries, or problems with their spine. If eligible, participants can expect to engage in different training sessions designed to enhance their pelvic floor muscle function. The trial is currently recruiting women, so if you're interested and meet the criteria, it could be a great opportunity to contribute to important research in this area.
