Compliance Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection Surveillance Post Esd

ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is exploring how filling out questionnaires and receiving feedback can help patients keep up with their scheduled follow-up appointments after a treatment called endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD). ESD is a procedure used to remove early-stage tumors from the gastrointestinal tract. After this treatment, regular check-ups are important to catch any new or returning growths early, but many patients struggle to attend these appointments. The trial aims to find out if providing education and feedback through questionnaires can improve how well patients stick to their follow-up plans.

To participate in this study, you need to be at least 18 years old and have undergone ESD for certain types of stomach or intestinal lesions. Unfortunately, if you’ve had other types of tumors removed or have serious health issues, you might not be eligible. Participants will complete questionnaires and receive feedback about the importance of follow-up care, and the study will look at how this affects both short-term and long-term attendance at follow-up appointments. If you're interested in helping improve patient care after ESD, this might be a great opportunity for you!
