ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at two different ways to assess health symptoms and guide patients to the right care in primary care settings: one method uses digital tools (like websites and apps), while the other relies on traditional phone calls. The goal is to see which method helps patients follow through with the recommended care better. Researchers want to learn if using digital services can make health care easier to access and more efficient, but they also want to ensure that it works well for real patients in everyday situations.
To participate in this study, you need to be at least 18 years old and registered at the health center. However, if you're under 18, have trouble communicating in Swedish, or cannot use the required online identification, you won't be able to join. If you do take part, you'll be randomly assigned to either the digital or telephone triage group. The study will include about 120 participants, and it aims to gather information that could help shape future health care options. If you're interested, now is a good time to consider participating, as they are currently recruiting patients.
