ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how diabetes might affect the outcomes and response rates for patients with advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) who are receiving a type of treatment called immunotherapy. Immunotherapy helps the body’s immune system fight cancer. The study wants to understand if having diabetes changes how well these patients respond to treatment over the past five years.
If you or a loved one has advanced NSCLC and has received immunotherapy (either alone or with chemotherapy), you might be eligible to participate in this trial. There are no specific exclusions, so many patients could join. While participating, individuals can expect their responses to treatment and health outcomes to be closely monitored. This research could help improve future treatments for patients with both lung cancer and diabetes.
