ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how a relaxation and guided imagery program can help improve the mental health and social skills of children in the 3rd and 4th grades, ages 8 to 11. The study aims to see if this intervention can positively affect children's emotions, self-esteem, stress levels, and even their academic performance. Researchers will gather information from the children themselves, as well as feedback from their teachers and parents, to understand the overall impact.
To participate in this trial, children must be enrolled in the 3rd or 4th grade at a selected school. However, children who have previously taken part in a similar program called RegularMind or those who cannot provide their own feedback due to disabilities may not be eligible. If your child qualifies and joins the study, they can expect to engage in activities designed to help them relax and use their imagination, which may lead to improvements in their emotional and social well-being.
