ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying two different methods to help improve flexibility in soccer players: instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) and foam rolling. The goal is to see which method is more effective at increasing the range of motion in the knees and hips, both right after treatment and over a longer period of time. This is important for athletes, as better flexibility can enhance performance on the field.
To participate in this study, players need to be between 18 and 35 years old, have a normal body weight, and have been playing professional soccer for at least a year, training or playing games three times a week. However, individuals with any serious health issues or recent injuries will not be able to join. If selected, participants can expect to receive either IASTM or foam rolling treatment and be evaluated on their flexibility and performance during the trial.
