ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is investigating the experiences and thought patterns of healthcare professionals who are experiencing burnout, a state of emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion often caused by prolonged stress. The researchers want to compare how these thought patterns differ between healthcare professionals with burnout symptoms, those without burnout, and non-healthcare professionals who are also experiencing burnout. By understanding these differences, the study aims to gather important insights that could help improve support for those affected by burnout.
To participate in the trial, you need to be at least 18 years old and either have burnout symptoms (if you're a healthcare professional or a non-professional) or not have any burnout symptoms (if you're a healthcare professional). Participants will be asked to provide their consent and must be covered by a social security scheme. It's important to note that individuals with certain serious mental health conditions or those currently involved in other clinical trials cannot participate. If you join the study, you'll have the chance to share your experiences, and your contributions could help shape future support for professionals dealing with burnout.
