ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how remote monitoring technology can help cancer patients who are receiving outpatient chemotherapy. The goal is to see if using tools like an Apple Watch and an iPhone app can improve the way we track patients' health and manage their treatment while they are at home. This pilot study is looking for participants aged 18 and older who are starting a new chemotherapy treatment for solid tumors or blood cancers and can commit to being part of the study for at least four months.
To be eligible, participants must speak English or Spanish, have an Apple iPhone, and be able to follow study guidelines, which include wearing the Apple Watch and answering questions through the app. Those who are receiving radiation therapy or have conditions that might make it hard to follow the study requirements will not be included. If you join the study, you can expect to use technology to help monitor your health and share important information with your care team, making it easier to manage your treatment from home.
