ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how well patients recover after hip and knee replacement surgeries. The goal is to understand the early health status of patients after these surgeries, which can help improve their overall recovery and quality of life. Researchers will track how patients feel using a simple questionnaire called the QoR-15, which asks about different aspects of their health and well-being from the time of surgery up to 28 days afterward.
To be eligible for this study, participants must be adults aged 18 or older who had a hip or knee replacement at Strasbourg University Hospital between March 2020 and December 2022. They should be willing to let researchers use their recovery data for this study. However, those who had hip replacements due to a fracture or multiple surgeries are not included. If you join the study, you can expect to answer questions about your recovery, which will help the medical community better understand and improve recovery after these important surgeries.
