ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how certain muscle activations in the legs affect walking after a stroke. Specifically, it is looking at people who have difficulty walking due to muscle control problems caused by a stroke that happened at least six months ago. The researchers want to understand how these issues impact walking ability in individuals who have trouble with leg movement.
To participate in this study, you need to be an adult who has had a stroke at least six months ago and has undergone a special walking analysis in a lab. However, if you have any other neurological conditions or have received a specific treatment called botulinum toxin in the last three months, you won't be able to join. If you do participate, you can expect to contribute to important research that could help improve walking abilities for others in similar situations. This study is not yet recruiting participants, so there will be more information available later on how to get involved.
