ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on developing and testing a new structured exercise program for people suffering from Subacromial Impingement Syndrome (SAIS), a common cause of shoulder pain. The study aims to create a detailed exercise plan that can help improve shoulder function and reduce pain. Participants will be divided into two groups: one group will follow the new exercise program for twelve weeks, while the other group will continue with standard exercises. Throughout the trial, researchers will assess shoulder movement, pain levels, and overall function to see which program works better.
To join the study, participants should be between 18 and 60 years old and have experienced shoulder pain for more than three weeks. They should also have specific signs that indicate SAIS, such as pain during certain shoulder movements. However, individuals with severe pain, recent shoulder injuries, or certain health conditions may not be eligible. This trial is not yet recruiting, but it represents an important step in finding effective treatments for shoulder pain.
