ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at how often acute kidney injury happens in adults who have suffered multiple injuries from trauma, such as car accidents or falls. The goal is to understand what might cause this condition in these patients. Researchers want to find out more about the relationship between serious injuries and kidney problems, which can be important for improving patient care.

To participate in this study, you must be an adult between 16 and 80 years old with no previous kidney disease or serious long-term health issues. Patients who have conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure, or those who have had a heart attack, cannot take part. If you join the study, you will be monitored closely to see how your kidneys are functioning after your injuries. Please note that the trial is not recruiting participants yet, so it may be a while before anyone can start enrolling.
