ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring two different approaches to help people with adhesive capsulitis, also known as frozen shoulder, which causes pain and stiffness in the shoulder. The researchers want to see if a set of practical interventions or scapular strengthening exercises works better in improving scapular dyskinesia, a condition where the shoulder blade does not move correctly.
To be part of this study, participants need to be between 25 and 45 years old and have been diagnosed with adhesive capsulitis along with scapular dyskinesia. Unfortunately, those with a history of shoulder surgery, other serious shoulder injuries, or certain medical conditions like heart disease won’t be able to join. If eligible, participants can expect to engage in either type of exercise and help researchers understand which approach is more effective in improving shoulder movement and reducing pain. This study is currently recruiting participants, and everyone is welcome regardless of gender.
