ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how a healthy nutrition program combined with virtual reality (VR) activities can improve body composition and physical fitness in women who are overweight. The goal is to see if using VR for exercise, alongside a good diet, works better than just one of these methods alone. Researchers believe that this combination might help people lose weight and improve their muscle and fat ratios more effectively.
To participate in this study, women aged 18 to 64 with a body mass index (BMI) between 25.0 and 39.9 can volunteer. However, those with a BMI of 40 or higher, or any heart or bone issues that could interfere with the activities, won’t be eligible. Participants can expect to engage in a healthy eating plan while using VR for their workouts. This trial is not yet recruiting, but it aims to provide valuable insights into how modern technology can support weight management and fitness.
