ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at the nutritional health of patients who have chronic lung diseases, like COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), while they are participating in regular rehabilitation programs. The main goal is to see how nutrition affects these patients' overall health and recovery. If you're between the ages of 45 and 80 and have been diagnosed with COPD or are in the early stages of lung disease, you might be eligible to participate. You also need to have been involved in a pulmonary rehabilitation program for at least three months and be willing to undergo a nutritional assessment.
If you decide to participate, you’ll have the chance to learn more about your nutritional status and how it relates to your lung health. The study will provide support and information, but it’s important to know that you won't be able to join if you have certain other health conditions, like severe malnutrition or recent hospital visits for your lung disease. This trial is currently recruiting participants, so it’s a great opportunity to contribute to research that could help improve care for people with chronic respiratory diseases.
