ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying carpal tunnel syndrome, a condition that affects the wrist and can cause pain, numbness, or weakness in the hand. The researchers want to better understand how different ultrasound measurements relate to the symptoms that patients experience. They will be looking at how these ultrasound results connect with what patients say about their issues and how the ultrasound measurements compare to each other.
To participate in this study, individuals must have been diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome based on specific tests. They should also be willing to join the research. However, people with certain other health conditions, such as diabetes or infections, will not be eligible. If you join, you can expect to undergo ultrasound tests and share your experiences regarding your symptoms. This research aims to improve the understanding of carpal tunnel syndrome and help in developing better diagnosis and treatment options.
