This clinical trial is focused on understanding how women experience care during pregnancy and childbirth in Assiut Governorate, Egypt. The study specifically looks at whether women feel respected during these important times or if they experience mistreatment. The goal is to explore the factors that contribute to either respectful care or mistreatment, which is essential for improving the experience of childbirth for mothers and their families.
To be eligible for this study, women must have given birth (either vaginally or by cesarean section) within the last eight weeks. Women who had serious complications during childbirth, experienced stillbirth or neonatal death, or have known mental health issues will not be included. If you decide to participate, you can expect to share your experiences related to the care you received during your recent pregnancy and delivery. Your input will help researchers understand and improve maternity care for women in the region.

Eligibility criteria
- Inclusion Criteria:
- • Women who have delivered (either vaginally or cesarean) in the past 8 weeks.
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • Women who had complicated childbirth, or stillbirth/neonatal death during their Last delivery will be excluded. In addition, women with known psychiatric illness . These women will be excluded . women who refuse to participate in the study will be excluded.
